Lucinda "Cindy" Ann Kovachevich

.Lucinda Ann “Cindy” Kovachevich, age 64 of Minocqua, WI died on Thursday, June 28th. Cindy was born on March 26, 1954 the daughter of Thomas and Julianna (nee Meierotto) Kovachevich. She was raised in Bayfield, WI. Lived in Minneapolis for many years and in 2015 came to live with her sister, Jean and brother in law Jim Rein in Minocqua, WI.
Cindy graduated from Bayfield High School and was employed as a Chef and Bartender for many years. She loved her Green Bay Packers and always enjoyed the time she spent on Rocky Island. Cindy was always ready to play cribbage and cherished her time spent with her family, friends and her loving pets.
Cindy is survived by her siblings; Jean (James) Rein of Minocqua, WI and Thomas (Brenda) Kovachevich of Bayfield, WI and by her nieces; Stacy (Rick) Shorey and Jennifer Kovachevich and nephews; James (Katie) Rein and Britt Kovachevich and by grandnieces and nephews; Nic, Chase, Abi, Gabe and Nora and will be missed by her pets; Rocky and Maggie and also her longtime friend, Debbie Dahl. Cindy was preceded in death by her parents; Thomas and Julianna Kovachevich and brother; Leonard Kovachevich.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, July 7th from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Jean & Jim Rein residence at 8726 Jeanie Lane in Minocqua, WI. Graveside service to be held in Bayfield in the future.
