Mae Kretschmer

Mae A. Kretschmer, 71, of Merrill and Tomahawk, passed away Monday, February 4, 2019 at Tomahawk Health Services.

Mae was born December 19, 1947 in Merrill to Oren and Frances (Winchell) Kretschmer. She enjoyed crocheting, ceramics, reading, jigsaw puzzles, and old time country music.

Survivors include: Daughters, Tanja Meseberg of Tennessee and Kerri Kretschmer of Merrill. Three sisters, Phyllis Millenbah of Wausau, Cheryl Rampart of Mississippi, and

Norma Schroeder of Merrill.  Two brothers, Joseph Kretschmer of Merrill and Leonard Kretschmer of Illinois. Mae is further survived by 4 grandchildren, Brooke and DJ Kottman, and Jackson and Zachary Meseberg. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Gloria.

Funeral Service for Mae Kretschmer will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019, 11:00 a.m. from the Krueger Family Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in the spring.
