Margaret Koth

Margaret "Muggs" Koth, age 84, passed away Monday, August 10, 2015 at Country Terrace under the care of Ministry Hospice. Muggs was born on February 18, 1931 in Chicago to Benjamin and Mirth (Caldwell) Gahan. She married Donald E. Koth on December 30, 1950 in Tomahawk, he passed away in 1990. Muggs was a stay at home mom and lovingly raised her 5 children. She was a former member of the "Skanawan Country Club" and the Homemakers Club. She enjoyed gardening and had volunteered at the Tomahawk Historical Society and St. Mary Catholic Church. Survivors include: Her children, Susan (Gene) LaNou Rockford, IL Lynnette (Ed) Zwirchitz Dorchester Mickey (Oma Vic) Wurl-Koth Tomahawk Peggy (John) Hein Tomahawk Todd (Debra) Koth Tomahawk She is further survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Mary Catholic Church. Fr. Louis Maram Reddy will officiate. Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at St. Mary Church Saturday morning from 10 a.m. until the time of mass at 11:00 a.m.
