Mary Jane Krueger, age 90, of Tomahawk, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2015 surrounded by her family at Sacred Heart Hospital, under the care of Ministry Hospice.
Mary Jane was born on October 17, 1925 in Milwaukee to Frank & Sidona (Wortz) Stachowiak. Born and raised in Milwaukee, Jane was a city girl who fell in love with a small town boy, Emil Krueger. Three months after their first date, they were married on September 15, 1945. They recently celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary. Emil & Jane started their family in Merrill. Later, they moved to Tomahawk where they continued their family, built their lives and made wonderful lifelong friends. Jane's life was devoted to caring for her home and family. Jane enjoyed their winter trips to Lake Havasu and winning at the casinos. She was a member of a card club for over 50 years and was a former member of the Tuesday Evening Maple Birch Golf League. Jane was a faithful member of St. Mary Catholic Church. Jane loved being with her friends and family and especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jane is further survived by 14 grandchildren & 31 great grandchildren with the 32nd on the way.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 1 son - David and two grandchildren.
The Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00AM on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Tomahawk.
Visitation will take place at the Krueger Family Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 28 from 4:00PM until 7:00PM with a vigil service at 7:00PM. The visitation will continue on Thursday at the church from 10:00AM until the time of Mass at 11:00AM. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
Memorials may be made in Jane's name to the St. Mary Handicap Accessibility fund.
