Nancy Bartz

Nancy B. Bartz, age 68, W6751 Hwy. 86, Tomahawk, passed away December 25, 2007 at her residence under home hospice care. Nancy was born March 21, 1939 in Tomahawk to Emil and Beatrice Thompson. She married Carl Bartz on September 2, 1961 in Tomahawk. Nancy was a life-long resident of Tomahawk. She was a cook at the former Fulsher School and with the Tomahawk School District for many years. She was an active member of Redeemer Ev. Lutheran Church in Tomahawk. She loved sewing, quilting, painting, camping, and spending time with her family - especially her grandchildren. Survivors include: Husband Carl Bartz of Tomahawk 2 Daughters Lisa Merrigan of Bonduel Lani (Brad) Stiede of Pulaski 1 Son Jeffrie (Victoria) Bartz of Schofield 1 Special Uncle Gene (Sally) Wiley of Merrill Nancy is further survived by 11 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother - Dennis. Funeral Services for Nancy Bartz will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 29, 2007 from Redeemer Ev. Lutheran Church in Tomahawk. Rev. Mark Gass will officiate. The family will receive friends from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 28th at Krueger & Sons Funeral Home in Tomahawk and again at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place in the spring at Greenwood Cemetery in Tomahawk.
