Pete Ritchie

Peter “Pete” Ritchie, age 77 of Mesa, Arizona and formerly of Arbor Vitae, WI died on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 in Mesa, AZ.
Pete owned and operated Ritchie Oil for many years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and American Legion. He loved fishing, hunting and gardening. He was a devoted Packers and Badgers fan. Pete loved to tell stories and was a family man.
He is survived by his wife, Rita and children; Joe (Nancy) Ritchie, Cathy (Mark) Leonard, Susie (Tom Phillips) Ritchie, Laura (Brian) Gilman, Debra (Brad) Malmgren and by grandchildren; Colleen (Jason Koranda) Evenson, Alex and Ashley Diedrich, Allan Gilman, Matthew (Natalie) Ritchie, Jamie (Brent) Cella, Brenden and Parker Malmgren and by great grandchildren; Jayden, Oaklynn, Mallory and Ayden.
Pete was preceded in death by his parents and his grandson; Jeremy Ritchie.
Memorial Mass for Pete will be held on Friday, September 21st at 3:00 PM at Holy Family Catholic Church in Woodruff, WI with a visitation from 1:00 PM till time of service at the church. There will be a reception at Nimsgern’s Funeral Home at 5:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Knights of Columbus.
