Ralph "Bud" R. May

Ralph Robert “Bud” May, age 92 of St. Germain, WI passed away with his family at his side on Friday, October 18th at Milestone Senior Living in Woodruff, WI. Bud was born on March 10, 1927 in Barton, WI the son of Peter and Alma May. Bud proudly served in the United States Coast Guard. He married Violet Goehring on June 26, 1948, she survives.

Bud was a carpenter with Leroy Bley Construction for many years. He and his wife are members of United Church of Christ in St. Germain and actively involved with the UCC Thrift Shop. Bud loved woodworking, fishing, gardening, carpentry and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Violet May and by his son Peter (Jessica) May and by grandchildren Josie May and Ryan May and by his nieces Debbie Davids, Bonnie Egerer, Pat Grams and Carol Schulz. Bud was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers Arnold and Harrold May.

Memorial Service for Bud will be held on Saturday, November 2nd at 11:00 am at St. Germain United Church of Christ with a memorial gathering from 10:30 am till time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to HYF Dr. Kate Hospice, Milestone Living Center or St. Germain United Church of Christ.
