Ralph C. Johnson, age 87, of 1505 E. Somo Ave., Tomahawk passed away Sunday, June 13, 2010 at his home.
He was born on January 10, 1923 in Spooner, Wisconsin to Carl and Lillian (Heinz) Johnson. Ralph was united in marriage to Violette C. Brown on August 26, 1948 in Superior.
Ralph moved to Tomahawk in 1961 from Mellen, Wisconsin. He worked in the Tomahawk School System from 1961 until his retirement in 1984 as District Administrator. He was a past Master Mason, he enjoyed golfing, wood carving, camping and being with family. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the US Army.

Ralph is further survived by 22 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Susan.
Funeral Services for Ralph Johnson will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. from the Krueger Family Funeral Home. Rev. Allen Christensen will officiate. Burial with military rites will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at 1:00 p.m.
