Ramona Gano

Ramona A. Gano, age 75, N6908 Grundy Road, Gleason, passed away July 8, 2008 at her residence under home hospice care. Ramona was born October 24, 1932 in Harrison, the daughter of Elmer and Marie (Winker) Goulee. She married Michael Gano May 5, 1951 in Merrill; he passed away on August 24, 2003. Mona was raised in the Bundy area. She and her husband Michael worked the family farm in the Town of Birch for many years. She enjoyed crocheting, flower gardening, playing cards, and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include: 3 Sons Duane Gano Gleason Dennis (Mattie) Gano Black River Falls Brian (Debra) Gano Gleason 1 Daughter Darlene (Tom) Rekowski Wausau 1 Brother Tom (Donna) Goulee Bundy 2 Sisters Virginia Hagen Helen Lemmons both of Rhinelander Mona is further survived by 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. A Private Graveside Service for Ramona Gano will be held at a later date.
