Ramona Lea Schaeffel

Ramona Lea Schaeffel, age 81 of Sayner, WI died on Thursday, December 24th at Minocqua Health and Rehab in Minocqua, WI. Ramona was born on December 26, 1938 in Wausau, WI the daughter of Walter and Leona (nee Glasel) Treffert. She married John Schaeffel on January 24, 1959, he survives.
Ramona worked as a Real Estate Broker in the Northwoods for many years and was active in various organizations and groups.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, John Schaeffel and by her daughter Patsy “Patti” (Barry) Rabl and sons John S. (Nancy) Schaeffel and Robert D. Schaeffel and by 5 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will take place at Plum Lake Cemetery.
