Richard Coey

Richard D. Coey, age 76, of Tomahawk, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Tomahawk. He was born August 5, 1933 in Tomahawk to the late Leonard and Viola Coey. He served in the National Guard. Dick was a lifelong resident of the Tomahawk area. He had worked for the City of Tomahawk Parks Department and for Solar. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and carpentry. Survivors include one Son, Scott (Chris) Coey of Tomahawk, three Brothers, Robert (Marian) Coey of Tomahawk, Warren Coey of Lac du flambeau, and Scott (Angie) Coey of Tomahawk, one Sister, Karen (Richard) Mobilia of Ely, MN. Dick is also survived by two Grandchildren, Christina (Ryan) and Jon, and one Great Grandchild, Hayden. He is further survived by many Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents, and an Infant Daughter, Florence, two Sisters, Carolyn Folz, and Lorraine Bilderback, and two Brothers, Leonard and Carl.
