Richard "Rico" Jensen

Richard “Rico” Jensen, age 71 of Minocqua, WI died on Tuesday, November 20th at the Seasons of Life Hospice House. Richard was born on March 23, 1947 in Oak Park, IL the son of Warren and Lea Jensen. He proudly served in the United States Air Force. Richard married his wife, Laurie on December 19, 2009, she survives. Known by his friends as Rico, he was very likeable and had a great sense of humor. He had a great love for the Northwoods and the guys he worked with. Rico worked for John Delorean for many years and for the Napa store in Minocqua.
He is survived by his wife, Laurie Jensen of Minocqua, WI and by step children; Jeffrey (Britta) Herrick and Carly Herrick both of Minocqua, WI and by grandchildren; Leah, Landen and Mila and by his brothers; Scott of Denver, CO and Ken of Rhinelander, WI and by many other relatives and friends.
Upon Rick’s wishes cremation took place and celebration of life service will take place at a later date.
