Ricky R Bartz

Ricky R. Bartz, age 57, of Tomahawk, passed away unexpectedly on September 11, 2021 as the result of a car accident. Ricky was born on April 5, 1964 in Tomahawk to Irvin & Elsie (Kahle) Bartz. He was married to Tracy Grigg on February 18, 1995. Together, they have three children. Ricky was a machinist at PCA Paper Mill in Tomahawk for over 20 years. Ricky loved spending time outdoors with family – hunting, fishing and golfing. He enjoyed riding his tractor and had a love/hate relationship with cutting firewood. When his children were younger, Ricky coached youth hockey, baseball & softball and was the first down marker chain gang for many high school football games. Ricky was a faithful member at St. Mary Catholic Church. Ricky is survived by his wife of 26 years – Tracy Bartz; his children – Tanner of Camp Lejeune, NC, Karson of Tomahawk & Addison of Tomahawk; his siblings – Laurie Albrent of Mount Horeb, Patti (Rudy) LaNou of Tomahawk, Jerry (Kim) Bartz of Tomahawk, Andy (Dee) Bartz of Tomahawk and Lenny Bartz of Tomahawk. He is further survived by his mother and father-in-law – Chuck & Emmy Grigg and brother-in-law - Charlie Grigg. He is preceded in death by his parents. The Mass of Christian Burial for Ricky Bartz will take place at 11:00AM on Monday, September 20, 2021 at St. Mary Catholic Church. Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Krueger Family Funeral Home from 4:00PM until 7:00PM. Visitation will continue on Monday at the church from 10:00AM until the time of Mass at 11:00AM.
