Robert L. Schmidt

Robert L. Schmidt, age 84 of Minocqua, WI passed away on Saturday, November 20th at Marshfield Medical Center-Minocqua. Robert was born on November 2, 1937 in Clintonville, WI the son of Harry and Flossie (Radke) Schmidt. He married Judith Egeland on September 3, 1960. Robert worked for Kimberly Clark for many years before retiring to the Northwoods.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, woodworking, flying and spending time with family. Every grandchild had a special trip with grandpa.
He is survived by his wife Judy and by 2 sons Dennis (Barb) and David (Kathy) and by 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Debra and by his parents and sister Eunice and his brother Jim.
Visitation for Robert will be held on Saturday, November 27th from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Rock of Ages Lutheran Church in Minocqua, WI followed by Funeral Service at 10:30 am. Burial will take place at 3:00 pm at Our Saviors Lutheran Cemetery in Iola, WI.
