Robert Scheibe

Robert F. Scheibe, age 87, of Minocqua, passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at Golden Living Center, Riverview in Tomahawk. He was born December 19, 1920 in Milwaukee to the late Herman and Louise Scheibe. He was later married to Eleanore Trawcki in 1946 in Milwaukee; she survives. Robert worked for The Milwaukee Transport Company for 37 years, retiring in 1982. Upon his retirement, he and Eleanore moved to Minocqua to live with their son. Robert enjoyed fishing, bowling, and living in the northwoods. Survivors include his Wife, Eleanore Scheibe of Minocqua, and a Son, Albert "Al" Scheibe of Minocqua. He is further survived by an Aunt, Uncle, Nieces and Nephews. Private family services will be held at a later date. Krueger & Sons Funeral Home of Tomahawk is in charge of arrangements.
