Robert "Huggy" Wallace, age 70, 2176 Cty. Rd. L, Tomahawk, passed away Friday, August 13, 2010 at Golden Living Center - Riverview in Tomahawk.
Huggy was born August 10, 1940 in Madison, the son of Baird and Glenadine (Baldwin) Wallace. He married Patricia "Cookie" Maloney on October 10, 1961 in Madison; she passed away April 11, 2002. Huggy was formerly employed as a sheet metal worker in Madison. He and Cookie moved to Tomahawk in 1981, where they owned and operated Country Inn and later The Junction Restaurant, and also Huggy Bear Day Care. Huggy enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking. He was a member of the American Legion in Tomahawk.

Huggy is further survived by a granddaughter - Emily Wallace. He was preceded in death by his wife - Cookie.
A Celebration of Huggy's Life will be held from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at RR Gators in Tomahawk.
