Roger Hintz

Roger K. Hintz, age 78, of 2296 East Road, Tomahawk passed away Friday, July 16, 2010 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Tomahawk. Roger was born on October 1, 1931 in Milwaukee to Albert and Frances (Bednarek) Hintz. He was married to Viola K. Herche on May 19, 1984 also in Milwaukee. He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the Army. Roger had been a carpenter in Milwaukee. He had vacationed in the Nokomis area for many years moving here permanently in 1993. He loved the peace of the Northwood's and sitting on his front porch. Survivors include: His wife, Vi Step Son, Jeffrey (Barb) Ross West Allis 2 Grandsons, Ryan and Scott Ross Milwaukee Roger is further survived by a great grandson, Braden. Private family burial with Military rites will be held at Prairie Rapids Cemetery in the town of Nokomis.
