Roger A Steckhan, 70, of N8746 W. Pickerel Lake Road, Gleason passed away peacefully, Friday, December 21, 2012 at his home surrounded by his family following a courageous battle with mesothelioma.
Roger was born January 9, 1942 in Milwaukee to Roger and Dores (Ircink) Steckhan. He was married to Mary Ann Dantinne on September 27, 1985 in Las Vegas. Roger was a Chief Master Sergeant in the Air National Guard. He was a proud member of the 128th Air refueling wing for 37 years, VFW post 2687 and American Legion Post 93, both in Tomahawk. He enjoyed restoring antique engines and old farm tractors.

Roger is further survived by 5 Step Grandchildren (Andrew, Elliott, Nicholas, Olivia, and Nathan), a Niece, Justine.
Funeral Services for Roger Steckhan will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at the Shramka-Borgwardt Funeral Home in Hales Corners, Wisconsin. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:30 until the hour of services on Thursday. Krueger Family Funeral Home assisted the family with local arrangements.
