Roger Walker, age 72, 2058 Hidden Waters Road, Tomahawk, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2012 at his residence under Ministry Home Hospice Care.
Roger was born January 31, 1940 in Milwaukee, the son of John and Jeanette (Jaster) Walker. He married Ann 'Annie' Marie Geib on September 7, 1962 in West Bend; she passed away July 27, 2002. Roger had been a Tomahawk resident since 1967. He worked as a driver with UPS for 37 years. Roger was formerly very active with little league in the Nokomis area. He was meticulous about his yard, loved nature and living in the northwoods. Roger was a 'social hunter', enjoyed fishing, and loved his family. He was former member of the Air National Guard for eight years, and was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Tomahawk.

Roger is further survived by two grandchildren - Brittany Walker and Dylan Week, and three nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife- Annie, and son- John.
A Memorial Mass for Roger Walker will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Tomahawk. Fr. John Anderson will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday, December 8th from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of Mass at 1:00 p.m. Burial of Roger's ashes will take place at Prairie Rapids Cemetery in the Town of Nokomis.
