Shirley A. Truman, age 67, N9191 County Road O, Tomahawk, passed away August 29, 2007 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Tomahawk.
Shirley was born April 7, 1940 in Mason City, Iowa. She married James Truman on June 26, 1964 in Milwaukee; he survives. Shirley spent her early childhood in Iowa. She later moved to the Milwaukee area where she was employed with Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation for 22 years. She was a resident of the Tomahawk area for the past 7 years, and was the author of Let's Get Cooking. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Tomahawk.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Shirley Truman will be held at Noon on Saturday, September 1, 2007 from St. Mary's Catholic Church in Tomahawk. Fr. John Anderson will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until the hour of Mass at Noon. Burial will follow Mass at Calvary Cemetery in Tomahawk.
