Stephan "Jethro" Bremer, age 57, of 3107 County Hwy. L, Tomahawk passed away at his home Friday, January 22, 2016, surrounded by his family and under the care of Ministry Home Hospice.
Jethro was born on June 25, 1958 in Madison to Vaughn and Barbara Bremer, Sr. He married Jackie Galler on June 4, 1988 in Poynette, Wisconsin. He served his country from 1976 to 1982 in the United States Marine Corps. Jethro was a carpenter. He grew up in Madison and worked in the surrounding areas until moving to Tomahawk in 1996 from Deforest, Wisconsin. He then worked for Kip and Company and Tomahawk Log Homes before he owned and operated Bremer Builders and Tomahog Fall Ride Campgrounds. Jethro loved spending time with his family and friends, riding his Harley, hunting, fishing, and living in the north woods. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.

He is further survived by 2 grandchildren - Joshua & Kennedy Marten and many other people he considered his brothers and close friends.
The Funeral Service with Military Honors for Stephan "Jethro" Bremer will take place at 10:00AM on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at the Grace Lutheran Church, Tomahawk. Pastor Mark Ziemer will officiate. Visitation will take place on Friday, January 29 from 4:00PM until 7:00PM at the Krueger Family Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Saturday at the church from 9:00AM until the time of service at 10:00AM. Burial will take place at Prairie Rapids Cemetery in the town of Nokomis.
