Susan O'Malley

Susan Kubasiak O'Malley, age 62, died peacefully on March 13, 2013 at LSU Hospital in Shreveport, Louisiana. A Tomahawk native, she was born the daughter of Tom and Helen O'Malley on May 14, 1950. Following high school graduation, Susie worked at Bradley Bank in Tomahawk; the Chamber of Commerce in Stevens Point and held other positions in which her people skills were a valuable asset. She married Leonard Kubasiak in September, 1976. She loved homemaking, fishing, playing cards, the Packers and cats. Susie will always be remembered for her kindness, everlasting optimism and perpetual sense of humor. Survivors include: Daughter Christine (Mark) Moody York, PA Brother Tom (Doris) O'Malley, Harrisonburg, VA Sister Sally O'Malley Wisconsin Rapids, WI Susie is further survived by two granddaughters, Alyssa and Sienna of York, PA and her longtime companion, Donald Kall of Benton, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her husband, sister Shari, her parents and younger sister, Nancy. A Memorial Service for Susan Kubasiak O'Malley will be held on Friday, March 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. from the Krueger Family Funeral Home. Pastor John Miskimen will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services at 11:00.
