Tammi L Morren

Tammi L. Morren, age 56, of Tomahawk, passed away on Friday, January 20, 2017 peacefully at St. Clare’s Hospital in Weston. Tammi was born on June 13, 1960 in Park Falls, to James & Virginia Leighton. She was a 1978 graduate of Tomahawk High School. Tammi worked at Nelson’s Grocery Store in the meat department for many years, before she went to work at Louisiana Pacific. She loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Summers were always spent camping at the Willow, where Tammi would cook meals over an open fire. She enjoyed time outside tending to her vegetable garden, going to her hometown of Loretta & listening to bluegrass music. Tammi loved to help people and will be remembered by her family for her giving heart. Tammi is survived by her two children – Jason (Erin) Olsen & Brianne (Scott) Skees, both of Tomahawk; four grandchildren – Sophie & Cash Olsen and Ryan & Vivian Skees; her sisters – Lori DeHart & Brenda Leighton; and her former husband – Robert Morren Jr. Tammi is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She is preceded in death by her father, James Leighton, her mother & stepfather - Virginia & Glenn Timm. The Funeral Service for Tammi Morren will take place at 11:00AM on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the Krueger Family Funeral Home. Visitation will take place on Saturday from 9:00AM until the time of service at 11:00AM. The Krueger Family Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
