Tim Herman, age 57, Hermans Bay Road, Tomahawk, passed away early Friday, June 22, 2007 at UW Hospital in Madison.
Tim was born on Aug. 24, 1949 in Tomahawk to Donald and the late Joanne Herman. He served his country during the Vietnam War in the US Navy. He was united in marriage to Kristen Jirschele on June 21, 1969 in Tomahawk. Tim owned and operated Tim Herman Accounting in Tomahawk for many years. He was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, serving on the Board of Lay Ministry and had served as Chairman of the Congregation for many years. He had served on the Board of Directors for Tomahawk Community Bank. Tim enjoyed hunting, fishing and any other outdoor activity. He was an avid Packer and Brewer fan and enjoyed traveling to Vieques, Puerto Rico and Canada. Tim's greatest love was his family, he enjoyed "teasing" them and being a superhero to his grandchildren.

He is further survived by 12 Grandchildren. Tim was preceded in death by his Mom, Joanne. A Memorial Service for Tim Herman will be held at Noon on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 from St. Paul Lutheran Church in Tomahawk. Rev. Mark Schoenherr will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of services at Noon. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorials. A Veterans Memorial Service will be conducted in the church Wednesday immediately preceding the funeral service.
