Valentine Kinas

Valentine Kinas, 88, of Prentice died suddenly on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at her home. She was born to Eman and Hellen (Yarish) Smetak on February 14, 1935, in Lugerville, WI.

She enjoyed being outdoors, going fishing, and spending time with her family and friends. Her faith was very important to her, she loved reading the word of God. Her family always appreciated that she stepped in to help raise her siblings when times were tough.

She is survived by her daughters, Terri (Michael) Schumacher, Kimberly (Gerald) Williams; grandchildren, Kizzy Williams, Josh Williams, Travis Williams, Tabitha Williams, Tom Kohl, Ryan Zuege, Lee Weigel, Chelsea Gorke, Matthew, and Ashley; great-grandchildren, Courtney, Derek, Juliana, Christian, Ariel, and Jace, and many other family and friends. 

She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward; daughter, Sandra Neuman; son, Rocky; her parents; siblings, Dennis Bourgard, Terry Bourgard, Gary Smetak, Donna Steinacher, Phyllis Barfkneet, Dick Smetak, Jim Smetak, and Betty McKnight.

Per Valentines wishes there will be no formal services. Heindl-Nimsgern Funeral Home is assisting the family.
