Virginia "Ginny" Teska

Virginia "Ginny" Teska, 71, passed away on August 29, 2024, at her home. She was born to Henry and Roberta (Hoops) Van Galder at Mercy Hospital in Janesville, WI on November 3, 1952.

Virgina had been raised on the family farm in Evansville. She loved to raise and ride horses. She enjoyed traveling to Equestrian Shows to show her horses. She had worked as a bartender, a CNA at Evansville Manor, and school bus driver. The job she was most proud of was working at Glen Oaks School for the handicap. Ginny was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Ginny is survived by her husband of 50 years, Robert (BT); siblings, Kathleen, Jean, Mary, Dan, Jacob, Peter, Barb, Becky, and Henry. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother Edmund.

Per her wishes, no formal services will be held. Heindl-Nimsgern Funeral Home is assisting the family.
