Warren L. Coey, 65, longtime Tomahawk resident passed away Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Golden Living - Golden Age in Tomahawk.
Warren was born on August 7, 1946 in Tomahawk to Leonard and Viola (Mitchell) Coey. He was a US Army Veteran serving in the Viet Nam War. Warren spent much of his life in Tomahawk, he had also lived in Lac du flambeau for 15 years. He enjoyed fishing, helping friends, and had participated in many Native American Pow-Wow's for prisoners of war.

He is preceded in death by 2 sisters and 3 brothers.
The Funeral Service with military rites for Warren Coey will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Krueger Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Pastor Larry Mathein will officiate. Visitation will take place from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Burial will be at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner on Thursday.
