Werner Paul Koerner died at his home in Minocqua on Monday March 12. He was born on October 27, 1956 and grew up in Rochester, MN. He was the owner of Koerner Painting. He lived in Rochester, Hawaii, and Milwaukee, WI. He loved fishing, golfing, and was an avid fan of Minnesota sports. He was respected by everyone that knew him.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Nancy, his daughter Anna, his mother Annaleise, his brothers: Hans (Bonnie) and Karl, and his sisters: Angela Baker (Terry), Mary Hutchinson (Tim) and Monica. His cousin Eddy Bivianis, brother-in-law Jeff Hendrix (Brenda) and 14 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Horst, his brother, Herbert, and his cherished dog, Charlie.

Werner’s life will be honored with a memorial service on Friday, March 23rd at 10 am with a visitation service beginning at 9am with a luncheon to follow at St. John’s Catholic Church in Rochester, MN.
