Zdenek Krejci, age 66, Tomahawk, died unexpectedly Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at his residence. Zdenek was born April 15, 1946 in Plzen, Czech Republic. He married Marie Tesarova on December 7, 1974 in Chicago. Survivors include: Wife Marie Krejci Tomahawk Daughter Jitka (Mauricio Duarte) Krejci Nova Scotia, Canada Son Ondrej (Rubi) Krejci Saginaw, Michigan Brothers George Krejci Huntley, Illinois John Krejci Berwyn, Illinois Sister Paula Peroutka Western Springs, Illinois Zdenek was preceded in death by his parents, and an infant sister. According to Zdenek's wishes, no services will be held.
